Chris is the immediate past president of the Indiana Hardwood Lumbermen's Association and is a board member of the Wood Products Manufacturers Association. Chris received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Berea College. He and his wife, Kathy, have two sons, Clint Smith and Taylor Moore. Chris's outside interests include family, gardening, fishing and golf.

Mark oversees sales in the central and southeastern states and export sales in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Asia. Mark is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Management. He is married to Tammy, and their children include sons, Zachary Miller and Michael Tennery; daughter, Sarah Tennery; dog, Petey. Mark enjoys riding motorcycles (Harley-Davidson preferred), fishing, golf, football, boating, and rollercoasters.

Criswell started at FML in 1996 as Territory Sales Representative. Criswell, with Linda Noffsinger, led FML's successful FSC Chain of Custody Certification. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Wood Products Manufacturers, the Hardwood Federation PAC and the Western Hardwood Association. Criswell is a graduate of The Colorado College in Colorado Springs. He is married to Bridget Walsh and they have a son, Cole, a graduate of Miami University (Ohio), and a daughter, Teagan, a graduating senior at Columbia College in Chicago. Criswell enjoys spending time with his family, distance running, music and film.
